Growing up within a gardening family has meant I learnt from a young age about plants and nature, having the freedom to experiment, build and try new things to increase nature within the garden. Constructing bird boxes, a hedgehog hide, a bat box, a bee/bug hotel, helping build a pergola, laying paths, constructing walls, increasing the number of trees, adding wildflower meadows, growing veg and building two ponds.
The Garden has opened alongside neighbours for the National Garden Scheme on several occasions.
